Big Voca currently ships throughout South Africa.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Pre-order items may require additional production time. If your order contains a pre-order item, the estimated production time will be communicated before dispatch.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Gauteng: 1–3 business days
Major cities: 2–4 business days
Regional and outlying areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and your location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Any promotional free shipping offers will be displayed on our website when available.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Big Voca cannot be held responsible for delays or additional delivery costs resulting from incorrect address information supplied by the customer.

Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order and include photographs of both the packaging and the item.
